To gather and collate detailed information on all potential and ongoing environmental management issues and liabilities relating to their extensive portfolio of property.

The Solution

Oceans-ESU run a asset and liability management service for its retail, local government, and industrial clients, which brings together all the relevant data across all of their sites in England.
On an individual site basis, the Unit carries out desk-top studies on sites where purchase is being considered. Should the project then be given the go-ahead, they will design and implement and investigation strategy based upon previous site use and current legislative requirements.
Post- investigation, Oceans-ESU will undertake any remedial activities that are needed to bring the site up to an acceptable standard for its future use.
